This healing is done while sitting in a chair and is a combination of talking, and finding what we can shift and heal. Tara is extensively trained in several healing modalities, and has a unique connection with Spirit, which she will use a combination of throughout this session. Each client, and each session is unique, you just need to come open minded. Our well being is influenced by energy, our thoughts and feelings have a ripple effect within our subconscious.
